We'd like to invite everyone to Beauty & Beyond: A Women's Lifestyle Event at Ellen Melville Centre on the 18th of May 2024 from 10am to 3pm. This a free event designed for all wahine. We will have several track talks covering a variety of topics form intimate wellness to menopause, spine care to skincare, understanding the NZ school system to entrepreneurship. We will also have fitness and self-defense demonstrations for boxing and the Filipino martial art called arnis. The Breast Cancer Foundation will be there to help anyone interested in breast awareness.

While this event is organised by Filipino entrepreneurs and speakers, all talks will be in English and is open to anyone wanting to join. There are no tickets or reservations necessary.

We have the following scheduled:
10am - Keynote speaker Katharina Weischede, Ms New Zealand - Philippines and young entrepreneur owner of Slime Princess

- Skin Care Tips by Ms. Grace White of The Cosmetic Clinic at Paddy Walker Room
- Understanding the NZ School System by Ms. Michelle Lorenzo and Ms. Juvy Bocoran at Betty Wark Room

- Kali Demo by Master Paolo Austria of Kumgang Martial Arts at Freyberg Square
Intimate Wellness and Sexual Rejuvenation by Ms. Queza Bernardo
- Spine Health by Ms. Jo Galang from New Zealand College of Chiropractic

11:30am
Boxing Demo by Coach Jake Tejano Sawangin at Freyberg Square
Menopause Talk by Dr. Jocelyn Lydford

12:00pm Entrepreneur Panel featuring Atty. Maricel Weischede of Lawspace, Ms. Carmela Laylo from House of Musa NZ and Ms. Jewel Mae Villos from Tinapay Atbp

10am to 3pm:
Breast Awareness by The Breast Cancer Foundation
We will also have food merchants by Filipino Women-owned businesses Tinapay Atbp and Jholene's Filipino Cuisine.

From 1pm, we will have the Musa Eco Fashion Runway happening at Pioneer Women's Hall in the 2nd floor (this is a fundraising ticketed event and we encourage everyone to support it as well).
