Relax and rejuvenate at Wednesday morning Deep Peace Meditation. Gentle stretches, guided breathing, mindfulness, relaxation and meditation. Simple practices for balanced wellbeing. All welcome. Please bring your own mat, cushion, blanket and drink. Free (donations gratefully accepted).
Please note: Sorry but due to the host not being well, there will be no Deep Peace Meditation on Wednesday 12th June. Apologies for any inconvenience.
