Join our triathlon boot camp - challenge yourself.
This 8 week triathlon training programme contains group and online sessions and is designed for beginners and improvers.
Please note that there is a limit of 6 people for this boot camp so be in quick to avoid disappointment.
Consisting of 24 coached sessions taken by qualified triathlon coaches, that include 1 bike, 1 run and 1 swim session per week, this is an ideal way to develop your fitness and triathlon ability.
You will learn:
- techniques for swimming, cycling and running
- how to get in and out of a wetsuit
- how to swim and race in open water
- how to perform a transition
- race preparation
- and much more
Enjoy taking part in fun and informative group training sessions with like minded people, find training partners of your level and have a rewarding drink with new friends at the post race party.
You are guaranteed to get fit on this 8 week training programme that finishes with a sprint distance triathlon, the Triathlon Festival Triathlon in Pegasus on 11th December. Your coach will be at the race to help you prepare and also to be your supporter! Please note, entry to this race is not included in the cost.
Cycle session: Monday 7.15pm – Advantage Tyres, 179 Main South Road, Sockburn, Chirstchurch
Run session: Wednesday 7pm – Hagley Park, Christchurch
Swim session: Thursday 6pm – MAC’s Swimming Pool, 54 Wickam St, Christchurch
Cost includes pool fees and 24 coached sessions + bonus online weekend training plan.
