Standby Dunedin - the Aerosmith mothership is about to land and unleash the biggest production ever seen in the stadium!
A Jumbo jet filled with staging for next Wednesday’s marathon concert at the Forsyth Barr Stadium has left the United States.
Standby Premium GA holders will get up close and personal as the stage thrusts out into the audience, while three mega screens positioned side and rear of stage will ensure you don’t miss a thing further back.
11 semi trailer loads of equipment are due to arrive into Dunedin over the weekend so production crews can begin assembling the biggest set ever constructed in the South Island. It will be bigger than both Paul Simon’s recent stage and bigger than Elton John’s extravaganza.
Organisers have released the final Premium and Gold seats for those who want to secure a prime view. For those on a budget, there are still some Restricted View seats at the sides available at $99 and $49 plus booking fees. Or get amongst it with General Admission tickets from $149 plus bf.

Grammy and ARIA award winners Wolfmother will hit the stage at 8pm for an hour-long set, followed by Rock and Roll Hall of Famers AEROSMITH at 9.30pm. They will perform a spectacular 90-minute set.
As a sign of support of this enormous gig, Dunedin City Council has agreed to allow bars to stay open into Anzac Day. The licenses have been extended to 1am so revellers can wind down after their hard day!!
