Eight hours of music with a beat!
Presented by the BluesFeast Trust, Rhythm Rotorua is Rotorua’s annual celebration of great music, good food, fine wines and boutique beers. The fifth annual BluesFeast was held on 30 January 2011 on the Rotorua Arts Village (RAVE) grounds. About 700 people enjoyed eight hours of great music, including big band swing, jazz, blues, pop covers and rock.
In 2012, we have changed the name of the event to ‘Rhythm Rotorua’ to better reflect the increasing range of toe-tapping music that we have on offer.
This year's 2013 program will feature the best of local talent plus some national and overseas musical icons:
Brilleaux – Shejus Greedy – Wizard & Oz – B-Side – Harley Kruz – The Geyserlanders – The Waiariki Institute Band.
As in previous years, there will be a fine selection of food on sale from some of the region’s top food specialists. There will be a well-run and well-stocked bar providing a range of fine wines, boutique beers and other drinks to tempt music lovers.
Tickets are available now from the Rotorua Arts Village (RAVE), the Belgian Bar, Seismic Gastrobar, Ticketmaster and the NZ Credit Union for just $25 each.
