At the completion of your course, the Tutor will provide you with a kit of live cultures to begin your cheese making, using the equipment that you already have at home.

Cost $50.00 ($5 discount for online on-time). Limited Class Size. Registrations close 26 March at 1 pm. We require at least 7 people to enrol in this course, and have a max of 10. (You are not enrolled until you have paid). You will be advised if the course will go ahead.
