This workshop will cover all the functional Olympic lifting movements as well as some TRX (suspension training) and body weight calisthenics, Snatch, cleans, overhead squat etc.. we will demonstrate the techniques, break them down into easy drills so you can learn the correct technique and then supervise you performing the techniques.
The workshop is demonstrated by strength and conditioning coaches who has trained extensively in NZ and USA so you are in good hands!
All sales are final. 10 week course for $100 only for the first 5 people!
