To support our exhibition commemorating the centenary of the First World War we have a poppy making table in the Century Theatre foyer where you can make your own poppies. Write the name of someone you know who was a part of WW1, or of someone that you would like to commemorate with your poppy, then add your poppy to our poppy wall in the Octagon Gallery. Instructions and materials are provided.
This activity runs for the duration of our exhibition and is a simple way to commemorate loved ones who went to war, in a display that will become more spectacular as each poppy is added.
