An elegant cocktail event featuring some of Europes rising opera stars along with their polished young PPV colleagues. Project Prima Volta (PPV) is Festival Opera’s mentoring programme for young people, based on world renowned ‘El sistema’, which promotes social inclusion through music, in this case, opera.
The evening features Gary Griffiths who was the Welsh representative at 2013 Cardiff Singer of the World, German Bass Patrick Schramm and seasoned British tenor Alexander Edwards, who join forces with some stunning Australasian talent to sing in Festival Opera’s Art Deco production of Puccini’s 'La Boheme’. It’s a unique opportunity to hear these artists in an intimate setting.
This exclusive event promises glitz and glamour accompanied by our opera stars singing some of their favourite music from Europe. Book your tickets now, tuxedos aren't just for 007. The ticket price includes a glass of bubbles, canapes and performance.
