CoLiberate's Mindful Clay sculpting is a delightfully tactile and connective way to hold our awareness in one place, long enough to produce the mental stillness that helps us to see the complex interrelationships of our life from a calmer distance rather than from within the whirlpool of all of them.
This mindfulness workshop with clay is an opportunity to reclaim your inner child, to hold ourselves accountable to the playfulness that it can be hard to make space for in our fast-paced lives, to take a break from ourselves, or to experiment with a non-goal orientated way of creating. And it’s fun.
This week we are focusing on Cycles of Wellbeing: Falling Again / Getting up Again.
Personal wellbeing can look like a never-ending series of ups and downs, and sometimes it can be hard to find rhyme or reason in its changes, let alone feel any sense of control. Why do your wellness tools pull you right out of a dip one day and seem to let you down completely another day? How can we be kinder to ourselves when progress feels slow?
Let us know you're coming by TXT and we'll save you a spot 027 335 1435. You can pay at the door. Eftpos available.
CoLiberate Studio is open every Thursday with a trio of wellbeing sessions curated for you to have a rich evening of wellbeing goodness. Each session is an hour long and requires no experience. It is for anyone and everyone who wants to make their personal wellbeing a priority.
