A specialised class for pregnant and postnatal mothers to exercise with their child.
All exercises are safe and the session is run by a trainer with specific training in pregnancy and postnatal bodies. Either enrol for a 6-week block or enrol on a casual basis. No need to find childcare and instead your little one can join in while you fit in your own exercise and leave you feeling good about yourself for the rest of the day!
The class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and exercises will be modified where required. Postnatally the session will change according to your ability and your healing. It is safe for mums with a separation to participate as this will be incorporated into the session.
Bring along your child, your stroller and be ready to enjoy yourself with safe and motivating exercise. Toilets and kitchen facilities on site. The only trainer in Hamilton with specialised pregnancy and postnatal exercise training. Nutritional meal plans are also available as an additional option.
