CoLiberate studio is open every Thursday with a trio of wellbeing sessions curated for you to have a rich evening of wellbeing goodness. Each session is an hour long and requires no experience, nor do you have to declare where you sit on the wellbeing spectrum. It is for anyone and everyone who wants to make their personal wellbeing a priority and to form a weekly habit.
It’s a space to come together, connect and share our own experiences of mental wellbeing. Be active, rejuvenate our body and find stillness in our minds. Each session is facilitated.
