'1 GIANT LEAP' ( The Movie) (M) Musicians, Duncan and Jamie travelled to 25 different locations in 20 different countries around the World and collaborated with some of the World's most culturally significant musicians, thinkers, artists, authors, actors and scientists, to explore the unity of diversity through music. They laid down some backing tracks in the studio and then set off around the world recording and adding music as they travelled. The film features Asha Bhosle, Neneh Cherry, Ram Dass, Brian Eno, Dennis Hopper, Maxi Jazz, Linton Kwesi Johnson,Baaba Maal, George Nuku, The Mahotella Queens, Tom Robbins, Anita Roddick, Gabrielle Roth, Jerry Sadowitz, Carlos Santana, Speech, Michael Stipe, Utali, Kurt Vonnegut, Whirimaka Black, Robbie Williams and many more.
The film is divided into 12 themes: Time, Confrontation, Sex, Masks, God, Faith, Blasphemy, Unity, Death, Money, Inspiration, and Happy...showing at FLICKS CINEMA Lopdell Theatre Titirangi
