Format for the night will be:
Red Carpet
Free pour bubbles or Asahi beer upon arrival
Door opens 6:00pm
Guest seated 7:00pm
First course serve 7:30pm
Event conclusion 10pm
Tony himself will be presenting and explaining about the food, followed by the Ambassador of Church Road McDonald Series presenting the matching wine for that course. Then indulge. Then the next course will be presented and Tony and the Ambassador will present the second course and so on till the last course.
Live Jazz band by Fairweather Trio throughout the night.
