Do you know what steps to take when someone at your workplace experiences a near miss, notifiable event, or even serious harm? WorkSafe expect any incident that occurs in your workplace to be properly reported, investigated and processed. Over this one day course you will learn how to conduct a ‘root cause analysis’ to establish why the incident happened.
It is your duty to put in place measures aimed at preventing the same thing from happening again. Learn how to build a positive incident reporting culture and the steps you need to conduct an ethical and compliant investigation. This is a key course for all duty holders under the HSWA 2015.
