Let me take you on an experiential journey where you will discover what creates connection and intimacy. Be transported into deeper levels of authenticity, and dare to be yourself with other like minded Souls.

Authentic Connection is a regular evening event held once a month, creating space for us to explore deeper connection in all aspects of our lives.

Maybe you make a new best friend, maybe you meet a new lover? Maybe you learn about how to more deeply connect to yourself?

This is an invitation to meet real people in real time and space and relating in a real and authentic way by playing authentic relating games designed for you to get to know one another beyond the superficial.

This evening is not gender balanced, connections of all configurations are encouraged.

Is there nudity in these workshops?
There is no nudity in either of these workshops.

How intimate will the exercises be?
All exercises are done with clothes on and you only need to engage with others at a level you are comfortable with, the exercises are mainly verbal exercises with one or two involving non-sexual touch

Do I need to bring a partner with me?
You are welcome to bring a partner, or come with friends to either events, but it is not necessary to do so.

About your facilitator:

Artist, Wild child, Essex girl, Tantrika, Sexual Shaman, Poet, and Mother – Ellie Wilde has been exploring the field of Tantra and Conscious Sexuality personally for the last 20 years and professionally for the last 8.
A Certified Sexological Body Worker and Somatic Sex Coach she has trained with the Institute of Somatic Sexology, and is deeply influenced too by the late women’s sexuality teacher Shakti Malan. Ellie also has extensive training and is faculty with the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), with whom she teaches internationally.

I help people come home to themselves, let go of baggage, and societal roles, demands and conditioning. Some people have called what I do re-wilding...I think its just simply giving people the space to be who they are once they let go of who they are not.”
