Separating fact from fiction about sleep in the first year of life & beyond!

Are you expectant parents who want to learn all you can about babies and sleep before your little one arrives? Or do you have a child under one that you just wish would sleep better? Maybe you are confused about the conflicting information you are coming across and just wish someone would clear things up for you?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is the talk for you! Perfect for parents who are still expecting the arrival of their little one or who have a baby under 4 months but will still be beneficial for parents of older babies who are still struggling with sleep issues and confusion!

What we’ll cover:
1. What Babies Need – How to grow the best brain, create a secure attachment & what sleep has to do with it
2. How Sleep Happens - What you can do to encourage healthy sleep associations and set your baby up for success
3. What to Expect – We’ll explore the different stages of sleep in the first year and into toddlerhood
4. Sleep Space Solutions – How to safely bedshare & creatively manage sleeping arrangements
5. Self-Care Tips – Strategies for managing this intense time in your life
6. And More! – From reflux, to swaddling, to tired signs…we’ll cover it all!

Tea, coffee and nibbles provided.

Doors open 6.45, talk begins at 7pm. Parking in the carpark out front or on street. Please note: this is not a religious event or connected to the church itself (this is simply our venue for the night)

Tickets: $20 per person
