Our one-day, non-profit event comprises of Cross fit and Strongman activities competed between members of Defence Force and Emergency Services (with this year's addition of ‘Civilians’ category) this category will be made up of the gyms within the surrounding region.
All proceeds raised will be donated to our chosen charity recipients Wellington Free Ambulance. In addition, the event will display an Emergency Services Open Day presenting demonstration highlighting the importance of public safety to the attendees.
