What a time to be alive!
Lance Redgwell is coming up to Auckland to showcase some stellar new wines and a couple of classics from one of our favourite local wineries.
Cambridge Road make stunning organic, biodynamic and natural wines, made with minimal intervention, which means no nasty chemicals and very little filtration. This results in the wines representing the soil in which they are grown and the winemaker who made them.
Lance's wines are fun and adventurous while being as sustainable as possible. In our minds these are some of the best examples of "new wave wines".
Our kitchen will be putting on a Food and Wine pairing – five course menu, focusing on Springs' fantastic produce and sustainable seafood from our Auckland waters.
This will be a sell out, so get in quick and join us for a great night down at the shop!
