Two experts in their field - Gin Expert Nick Widley (Co owner of Cod & Lobster Brasserie and Kismet Whisky & Cocktail Bar) and Cheese aficionado Virginnia Thomas, have cleverly partnered 6 beautiful cheeses (both local and European) with Gins that will wow your palate and open up a pairing you may not have thought of before!
Tickets are $130 and include a glass of Perrier Jouet on arrival along with a selection of canapes, build your own Tom Collins Cocktail and be taken on a cheese journey (6 cheeses and Gin tasting).
