Hoe Tonga Waka Ama Regional Sprint Championships 2019

Waka Ama Paddlers from all around the Lower North Island will arrive in Masterton to attempt to claim the status as Regional Sprint Champions for 2019. Crews ranging in divisions from Midgets (8-10) to Master 70+ years will complete in Waka Ama (outrigger canoe) across distances of 250m, 500m, 1000m and 1500m.

The event is split into two weekends in November.
November 23rd for the single races.
November 30th-December 1st for the team races.

Start time each day will be at 8:30am. Event is free to attend and spectate. To enter please contact your Waka Ama Club Captain.
