Santa's Christmas Parade
3pm – 4pm, Oxford Street (State Highway 1)

As part of Horowhenua’s Community Christmas Carnival 2019, Santa’s Parade is set to be another exciting event.
Now is your chance to register your float to be part of the Ugly Christmas Sweat parade rolling down State Highway 1 from 3pm.

Now is your chance to register your float and be a part of the Ugly Christmas Sweater Parade.
There will be first, second and third prizes for the best floats that reflect the theme of Ugly Christmas Sweater.

Come and check out our local businesses and community groups take on the Ugly Christmas Sweater theme.

The Christmas Carnival
4pm – 8pm, Levin Domain

Theme - Ugly Christmas Sweater (well your version of an ugly summer sweater).

Free and pay as you go activities, inflatables, stalls and food.
Live entertainment, with guest MC.

Christmas Carnival Activities
Family friendly area with Children's play zone at the back. This will have face painting, Giant Slide, Bungy run, Pirate Obstacle inflatable, Merry go Round, Large Bouncy Castle, Childrens circus area, bubble zone, stilt walkers, mirror man. Food trucks and market stalls
Amusement rides – some free (bouncy castle), others at reduced price.

Fashions on the field – Theme Ugly Christmas Sweater
Categories:
- Babies and Toddler – 0 to 5 years of age – must be nominated by their parent(s) or guardian(s).
- Little People – 6 to 13 years of age – must be nominated by their parent(s) or guardian(s).
- Young and Young at Heart – 14 plus years of age and over
- Families – comprises of 2 adults and a minimum of 1 child

Christmas Carnival Music Entertainment – various entertainers. 4-5pm general music played. From 5pm live entertainment will commence with various acts and MC.

Fashions on the Field - Ugly Christmas Sweater Theme Dress up competition for general public to get involved in.
