Join local workshop facilitators Yee Ley Lau and Robert Oscroft for a series of inner exploratory evenings over the Winter. Each evening will have its own theme - and will be tuned for the group present.
Throughout the series we will be developing a practical understanding of how we can positively influence our emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
The guiding principles are increasing awareness and choice though work in a supportive group environment. Amongst other things we will be working with Self-Expression, Movement, Guided Mediation, Attention Exercises and the practical applications of ancient and modern teachings.
Pre-paid 10 sessions: $150
