A short and simple, 3 hour session will give you an understanding of Meditation and how it can benefit from it. You will also learn simple meditation techniques that will help you bring peace, harmony and balance in your life.

Utkarsh Sanjanwala

Sessions will be led by Utkarsh - Yoga Master and Director at Meditation Alliance International.

Utkarsh has a wide range of expertise. From having worked with Corporates, Armed Forces, Schools, Celebrities and trained several Yoga & Meditation Teachers across the world, his simple and practical way of explaining and relating the practices in a modern and contemporary context will enble and empower you to make a genuine difference in your state of mind and expand in your conscousness.

Ranjileen Ram

Meditation Teacher, Corporate professional and mother of 2 kids, Ranjileen will also be sharing teachings at the session along with her own experience with the changes meditation has brought to her life. Ranjileen conducts weekly sessions at Cloud 39, so for those who wish to continue the practice, there will be regular sessions post the workshop to continue a group practice and collective meditation.
