Welcome to Let's Boogie - the fun retro music dance work out guaranteed to make you laugh and sweat! I believe a work out should be fun and sociable! Find yourself dancing (and singing along if you wish) to Abba, Boney M, Duran Duran, Madonna. Cheesy moves to fun songs.

I can't dance! We all secretly dance and sing in private. In class we're having far too much fun to care about if you are going in the right direction - I call it free styling!
