Join us for an evening tasting and meeting some of the winners from the Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards.

Shed 5, Executive Chef Geoff Ngan will create a delicious one-off four-course menu featuring his favourite Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards winners—matched to Ara wines and Emerson’s craft beer.

Winners; Sharon Galeon of The Wooden Spoon Boutique Freezery, Amanda Goodman of The Drunken Nanny and Andrea Jewell of Fix and Fogg will join dinners and explain their journey to create award winning food.

Provenance lamb rack w mint gremolata, The Drunken Nanny Lemony Lush bavarois, beetroot tart and balsamic jus. Matched with Ara Single Estate Marlborough Pinot Noir

Fix & Fogg Coffee, Maple & Peanut Butter, Chocolate marquise, peanut butter parfait, chocolate streusel, mocha crémeux, maple custard and peanut tuile. Matched with Giesen The Brothers Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
