Piha Community Yoga Classes

Asia Pacific Yoga would like to invite you and your friends to three (3) free yoga classes taught by our yoga teacher trainees at Barnett Hall in Piha.

These classes will be conducted as part of our current 200 hour yoga teacher training where our teacher trainees will lead you through a lovely 60 minute Hatha Vinyasa class.

Class times are 8.30am – 9.30am; 9.45am – 10.45am and 5.00pm – 6.00pm.

You can come for either one or all three classes. It would be taught by different teacher trainees.
It would be their first time teaching to the public so hopefully you can come to support them.

Beginners are welcome. Mats provided.
