Shakti Dance® is the Yoga of Dance. As a form of yoga, it uses flowing, rhythmic organic movements.This process will help you to change your focus from over-identifying with exterior events and ideals to a stronger identification with the present moment.

The Stages:
During this workshop we will move from shakti flowing asana (stretches) through standing sequences, dancing in groups, to free dancing and then the enquiry into mantra (repeated sounds) to then focus on stillness and meditation. At its height, we will weave the mantras into various moving meditations.
Never tried dance and yoga with meditation before then your in for a treat.
Early Bird Ticket is $22 when booked before October 23rd 2019.
