Boxcat Records is proud to announce:
A special two-night performance from one of New Zealand’s most captivating singer-songwriters, Stretch.

‘2 Nights Together’ will include an exclusive preview of his newest music, soon to become a new album, produced in Hawke’s Bay. Every ticket sold is going directly to the recording costs, so the audience will help create an album by coming to these shows!

Performing in Hastings and Napier, ‘2 Nights Together’ promises unforgettable nights of connection between musicians and audience - ‘Totally captivating, beautiful and soulful. Immediately the place lit up, we finished on our feet, a crowd desperate for more’ - BayBuzz

An incredible sound has developed from the timeless timbre of Stretch’s exceptional voice, combined with acoustic guitar and the sublime tone of a 300-year-old cello. In the hands of Paula Sugden, her cello sings with grace and power. Stretch and Paula’s musical connection has brought audiences to a hush, then left them roaring for more. 'Jaws drop to this sound, a class act from master musicians, we were transported' - The Hook

Further guests are to be announced, bringing together the finest creative musicians in Hawke’s Bay. These songs will not be played again until in their final recorded form, and given that some songs are still being written…this will be a very fresh look at the newest material from Stretch!

This will be your only chance to see both a preview of this music, and fund a new album, recorded on location in Hawke’s Bay. Book now as tickets in each venue are strictly limited and these nights will sell out.
