Celebrate 30 years of The Women's Bookshop. Thirty years of reading wonderful writing by women, of hearing wonderful speakers, of discussing wonderful books, of loving what we do, of somehow creating something much bigger than 'just' a bookshop!
The following authors, who have made major contributions to the New Zealand literary scene over the last 30 years, will be appearing at the concert: Catherine Chidgey, Fiona Farrell, Patricia Grace, Paula Green, Charlotte Grimshaw, Mandy Hager, Stephanie Johnson, Dame Fiona Kidman, Charlotte Randall, Selina Tusitala Marsh, and actor Fiona Samuel performing an extract from Carol Ann Duffy's The World's Wife.
