Join us for a Free Yin Yoga & Meditation Taster Session to see what this beautiful practice has to offer.
Yin yoga allows us to soften the mind and body as we work into the connective tissues of the body. As we move through a series of floor-based, long-hold poses to work into the layers of fascia in the body, we feel tension release from our muscles and around our joints.
We simply hold our poses for several minutes and let the magic happen. This is a quiet, meditative practise which works wonders on the hips & lower body.
Our free taster sessions are for those who are new to Flourish Yoga to see the space and trial what we have on offer. Often we use our free taster sessions to trial teachers that we are hoping to bring on board to teach regular classes or workshops with us. Please book your space online.
