Our popular class is back for winter! Yum cha, is the Cantonese tradition of brunch involving Chinese tea and dim sum enjoyed in the company of family and friends.
The practice is popular in Cantonese-speaking regions, including Guangdong, Guangxi, Hong Kong and Macau. It's perfect in that you can just pick a spot, turn up, and you've got a massive selection of steamed/ fried and baked small dishes on which to gorge upon.
In this class make dumplings, dim sims and delicious bao.
Complimentary beverage on arrival.
Bar open from 5.30pm onwards. Class starts promptly at 6pm.
