Always wanted to have a go with acrylic paints, or to improve your skills in a fun and friendly workshop environment?
These one-day workshops are the perfect introduction to an accessible medium: we will be using acrylics thickly, layering colours and exploring techniques with brush, palette knife and other tools - fingers included!
There will be step by step demonstration, and plenty of personal tuition to build your confidence: classes are never larger than 6 people!
This workshop focuses on seascapes. We will be looking at a sandy coastline with a rocky cliff/island and developing some wonderful ways to express these subjects.
(There is also a palette knife workshop looking at 'florals' and one where we will be doing a 'mountain view').
Check my website for all painting workshops and weekly art classes.
As always there will be a max of 6 people, and the price includes a heavy duty (thick sided) 40 x 50cm canvas plus all paints. I'll provide reference images which will be a starting point for the techniques, although you can also bring your own images if you want to try something more "specifically personal".
Booking is essential! Contact Charlotte Giblin 021 158 2895 for more information and to book a place.
