Come and enjoy our first Sunday afternoon concert of the year. The Hutt Valley Orchestra presents the beautiful Saint-Saens Violin Concerto no 3 in B minor featuring Melanie Pinkney. Melanie is a prodigiously talented young violinist who has won various national competitions and performed with orchestras around New Zealand.
We are also playing Berlioz's celebrated Hungarian March, Debussy's charming Petite suite and of course Ravel's famous Bolero.
A wonderful concert under the baton of Donald Armstrong associate concertmaster of NZSO.
