Spontaneous theatre (aka improv) brought to you by the creators of "Letters from the Front", "Mixtape" and "Death Comes to us All."

“Close” ("Close to You" on print posters and flyers) explores how physical proximity affects our relationships and lives. The show will take prompts from the audience (written down before the show) to inspire games, short scenes and longer stories.

Best on Tap’s performance style is truth-based, theatrical improv. While there are plenty of laughs, this storytelling digs deeper and demands more from the performers, who explore authentic emotions and relationships to deliver a fully satisfying theatrical experience.

"Best on Tap’s improvisation skills are evident, demonstrating excellent support and delivering quirky laughs." ~ Art Murmurs, Mixtape Volume 2
“Best on Tap lives up to its name… can be relied on to deliver more exemplary improv.” Theatreview, Fates
“an ingenious premise... consummate skill.” Theatreview, Death Comes To Us All
“Remarkably honest, very moving and well-constructed.” Wellingtonista, Death Comes To Us All
“A highly satisfactory form of improv.” ~ Theatreview, Regrets
