As we roll into a new decade, on the tsunami of health and wellbeing, are we any the wiser about what and how to eat?
How do we know what information about our food is the truth?

This event provides the gateway to reconsider eating healthy for this coming decade - wherever you are on your health journey.
Whether just starting, wondering what’s next, or most importantly, learning how to create the direction.
Now’s the time to set goals, take the action and manifest better health for life.

We will set the stage - 4 amazing guest’s, (see below for detail) on the couch, a big screen (video clips), and your ‘Red chair’ stories.
We will chat openly, from the heart, get down and personal with each guest speaker - on topics like; Keto and other diets, pesticides, CBD oil, social media, 5G, and world population. We’ll talk about whether, organic and regenerative farming are worthwhile and affordable. And are fermented foods just another fad diet food?

Then, we’ll spoil ourselves with real live food preparation, using a Thermomix and a selection of delicious food. Tastings will be included on the supper table.

It’s your BIG chance to get personally signed books by the authors(see below each author and check out links to the books).
We’ll run a sales table for Changing Habits, Kultured Wellness & GrowEatHeal products. Eftpos available.
Refreshments & light supper will be served.
