Hasting’s hottest new Italian eatery, Sazio, is inviting you to dine as Italians do, savouring simple cuisine that heroes the natural flavours of fresh, high-quality Hawke’s Bay ingredients.
Share long communal tables and enjoy family-style fare that is typically found in the Italian country side and farm stays. Argiturismo cuisine makes the most of homegrown or locally-sourced ingredients, ensuring low food miles and only the freshest produce. Likewise, all food and wine for this evening will be carefully curated to showcase Hawke’s bay terroir.
Begin the night with aperitivo hour, enjoying a selection of wines matched to bite-sized Italian-inspired nibbles before live Italian music serenades you into the restaurant for dinner where you will be transported directly to the Italian countryside.
