Get Started - a CO.STARTERS workshop
In this three-hour practical workshop you will work together to explore your ideas and gain valuable tools to move forward.
Whether you are just getting started, are stuck on a particular issue, or in need of a refresher - this workshop is the jump-start you need.
Built on the successful and internationally proven CO.STARTERS model, this workshop covers:
PART 1: Explore Your Idea
In this section, you will learn how the CO.STARTERS Canvas can help get ideas out of your head and into a format that can be refined over time. You will also dive deep into understanding your customers.
PART 2: Refine Your Model
Once ideas are mapped out on the Canvas, you will learn how to use customer feedback to refine them. You are also encouraged to find ways to start small in order to get in front of customers sooner and begin testing your idea.
PART 3: Define Next Steps
As the workshop concludes, you will define actionable steps that can be taken in the next hour, day, week, and month to move your ideas forward.
