A Caribbean Pasifika feast with matching yummy rum cocktails using our local distiller Grenada Bay Rums. We are talking about Kapiti Coast Albacore Oka, Jerk Spiced Duck, Umu Baked Pork with Paw Paw salad etc and 5 different fruity rum cocktails and you and your mates in loud Hawaii shirts!
Option 1
Friday 7th February, from 8pm, a 5 course Tasting Menu plus coffee and Vanuatu chocolate with 5 matching Rum cocktails (non-alcoholic options available) $135p.p with a little rum chat from distiller Karl Campbell of Grenada Bay Rum.
Option 2
Saturday 8th February, lunch from noon; 4 courses and 3 cocktails $85p.p
Please note no dietary requirements will be catered for on this menu, this is a pre-paid, ticketed event on shared tables.
