In today’s fast changing and interconnected world, the nature of leadership has changed. Our business environment is less predictable, customers have more choice and technology is changing how we live in the world.
Our role as leaders is no longer to ‘know’ and ‘tell’. Instead, we need to unlock and support new ways of enabling the collective ability of our people to navigate, innovate, adapt quickly and stay relevant.
We will introduce you to the mindset, skills and techniques that will allow you to lead in our ‘new normal’ of uncertainty and harness the opportunities that await. You will learn to lead yourself and create an environment that will allow agility to thrive.
This course is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) and as such, upon completion you will be certified - ICAgile Certified Professional - Leading With Agility*Each learning block requires you to do some pre-work prior to attending the live class. While everyone works at a different pace, we estimate that the pre-work per learning block will take approximately 1 - 2 hours per week.
