A relaxed challenging traithlon for swimmers who are looking for a quick challenge during the holiday period swim is 300m, bike 22km and run of 5.8km starting and finishing in the same location.
For the multisporter training for C2C there is a kayak of 5.5km on flat lake, 22km bike with a 5.8km run ideal transition practice.
The event then moves to The Gate for prize giving.
