Mark Wynne, CEO Ballance Agri-Nutrients, has extensive experience in agribusiness, including 20 years in the dairy industry. He was previously President South Asia for Kimberly-Clark, growing the United States multinational’s market share with brands like Kleenex and Huggies. He has a respected international track record for building brands and in managing mergers and acquisitions.

Mark is passionate about growth, innovation and talent. He has invested in and advised innovative New Zealand export oriented growth companies and holds a number of Board Directorships.

Mark's presentation will focus on what Rural people and professionals can be doing to help change perceptions of the Agricultural Industry.

Whangarei A&P Society is proud to host the Rural Business Network meetings for Northland.

The meetings are an opportunity for rural based business people to participate in professional development to grow their businesses through networking and learning. The aim is to connect with a variety of people involved in the rural sector from farm business to agri-business. This creates an opportunity to learn from and be inspired by others, share ideas and identify innovative opportunities.

The Rural Business Network meetings are held at Barge Showgrounds Events Centre and are $20 to attend. Light refreshments and nibbles are provided from 5.30pm to 6.00pm, prior to the speaker commencing. The meetings conclude at 7.30pm.
