This is an event for the sisters. To come together in a circle and create an emotionally safe space to express our sensuality. I have comprised a playlist of songs that will enable us to connect with ourselves and our bodies in a deep way. Cacao is a non-psychoactive drink that allows us to connect deeper with our hearts and really feel our bodies.
I encourage woman to wear whatever makes you feel sensual. For some, it's a cute top and yoga pants. For others its a beautiful dress. Whatever makes you feel beautiful, sensual and confident.
I am a drug and alcohol counsellor and have experience in group therapy and one on one counselling. My passion is "the power of the group", when women come together we create magic.
There will be a few exercises at the beginning of the workshop that require a certain level of bravery and vulnerability- this is aimed at shedding some emotion or blocks that may stop you from feeling your innate sensuality.
Please attend with an open heart and an open mind and prepare to leave feeling more blissful and joyous than when you arrived.
