BREATHWORK AND CACAO:
Claire Wolfe is a trained cacao practitioner and Alchemy of Breath certified Breathwork Facilitator - Sacred Ceremonial Cacao medicine helps us to drop in and open the heart portal to unravelling the depths of your being, connecting you back to your true essence. Guided by live music we will move through a conscious connected breath, where you will be guided to embody the forgotten parts of yourself and bring them home.
Cacao has been used as a health elixir and gentle ceremonial medicine in Central America as far back as 1900BC. Active ingredients in cacao make it a powerful heart opener that paves the way to transformation through self-love. Whatever your intention, cacao allows you insight and awareness to move towards that goal. It can be an opportunity to release emotional, spiritual, and even physical blockages.
SHAMANIC SOUND JOURNEY:
Maestros Jason Hotton and Matthew Pike will hold space and keep time for you, so you are free to experience the inter-dimensional connectivity that opens up when these profound medicines are combined with rhythm and melody
Through tribal drumming, sound bowls, guitars, and ethereal vocals, they create a vibrational framework to anchor your transcendental journey; to feel, heal, gather wisdom, and return embodying more of your True Self.
Between them, they have a vast array of musical instruments they play from the heart, that effortlessly mesh together in the spirit of service. Both men having come from long careers covering many and varied aspects of artistic production, they have been working as a team for 13 years now.

Please note that breathwork and cacao is contraindicated for people taking heart or blood pressure medication, antidepressants, bipolar, schinzophrena or are currently pregnant or breastfeeding however you are more than welcome to come along to enjoy the sound journey which will be a powerful meditation experience.
