This annual New Zealand seminar and retreat includes: daily breathing sessions; toning and sound healing; breath and movement; Byron Katie's "The Work"; Fountain of Youth postures; breathing analysis; abundance programme; dyadic soul communication; affirmations and invocations; forgiveness exercise; focusing, entrainment and unveiling exercises; water breathing; fun break states; advance breaths to higher states of consciousness. Manual included.
There are a maximum of 12 places available on this seminar. First in, first served. Prices are for the 6-day seminar and include tuition, vegetarian meals and refreshments, and accommodation. The Seminar is residential.
Senior Trainer HELLE THOMSON will lead this seminar. Helle has studied with the creator of TBr Dr. Judith Kravitz. Helle is a Transformational Breath Senior Trainer, Light worker, Yoga teacher and retreat Leader. Helle facilitates with profound knowledge, empathy and love. Helle lives in Hawkes Bay.
