Award-winning Master Printer Graham Judd will lead three half-day Letterpress Xmas Card Workshops on Saturday, 7th and Sunday, 8th November. Participants will choose designs from a range of blocks, metal and wood type, linotype slugs, photopolymer plates and stocks to print 50 A6 folded personalised cards supplied with matching envelopes. A range of printing presses will be used, including a Vandercook and an Albion. This workshop is the perfect introduction to the techniques of letterpress printing. For those who have done it before, it's a chance to explore new things and try out the presses.
Cost: $100 (less 10% for Printing Museum members).
Places are limited and can only be confirmed by payment.
Classes are a maximum of 6-8, so book early.
