Our workshops are a fun and safe space for girls to come to be themselves, meet others, help work on their confidence in a gentle way, while relaxing and enjoying our super fun and creative activities.
For girls aged 7 - 10 years old.
We focus on helping each child feel special, giving them a safe space to express themselves, as well as teaching them about their own self worth and how to use positive self-talk for the benefit of themselves and others.
In this workshop we will:
-Talk about our strengths and how we can use these to help ourselves and others
-Create a personal "I am" star to take home
-Learn how to flip negative messages to positive ones
-Create a beautiful glitter bead and star mobile to take home to remind us of how awesome we are
-Finish with a gentle breathing exercise with a lavender eye pillow
You can expect your daughter to:
-Gain confidence, they will meet new girls their age in a safe environment, as well as be given the opportunity to speak and share in the group
-Enjoy getting creative, exploring ideas and letting their imagination run wild
-Feel valued, supported and encouraged
-Learn how to talk positively to themselves and flip negative thoughts to positive thoughts
We also provide a follow-up email to parents with some details of the topics we discussed and some ideas to help you to continue the discussions and practices at home.
