BGC Waterlea Wanderers - Longest Day Golf Challenge

The Waterlea Wanderers are stepping up to The Longest Day challenge – a golfing endurance event of 72 holes to raise money for Cancer Society Marlborough. We're doing this for our friends, family's and Blenheim Golf Club - we all have personal experiences of cancer and would like to raise awareness and promote positive messages to our Club and community.

We're taking on the Longest Day Golf Challenge 72 holes on Sunday 24th January at Blenheim Golf Club. Come and join us to support our initiative and help us go the distance! We'll be teeing off at dawn, but appreciate if you want to come along and walk a hole with us, carry a club or cheer us on from the 19th!

The Cancer Society will be onsite at the Club with raffles, information & sunscreen, come down and talk with them - don't forget your sunsmart hat!

Every day 63 New Zealanders are diagnosed with cancer. Every donation we receive will go towards cancer research, prevention and support services for people in Marlborough.
