Dust off the picnic rugs and pop the corn! Te Awanga Estate + Picnic Cinema present the first ever outdoor movie experience on the Te Awanga Estate winery lawn.

Relax on the lawn under the stars and fairy lights as Picnic Cinema bring their outdoor movies to Hawke’s Bay with a large LED screen.

Pick your picnic spot on the gently sloping lawn at Te Awanga Estate and settle in for an evening of wine, food and one of our all-time faves: the feel-good movie ‘Chef’. Featuring stand-out performances from Dustin Hoffman, Scarlett Johanssen and Robert Downey Jr, Rolling Stone gives 'Chef' 3.5 out of 4 stars saying it’s “deliciously entertaining, comic, touching and often bitingly true."
Bring your picnic rug, best friends and bean bags, but leave behind your booze and view-obstructing chairs.

Wine, beer and pizza will be available to order all evening, or pre-order a cheese box (pre-orders only) + bottle of wine with your ticket.
BYO picnics are fine, BYO booze is not.
