Placemakers Waikato Squash Open

A PSA Challenger squash event featuring the New Zealand men's and women's champions, Evan Williams from Wellington and Emma Millar from the Waikato. Both ranked inside the world's top 100 players and keen to win the title and ranking points.

The majority of New Zealand's best domestic players are entered with competitive matches throughout both the men's and women's draws.
First round Placemakers Waikato Squash Open matches starting from 4pm on Friday 30 April with quarters and semis on Saturday and women's final 1.45pm on Sunday followed by the men's final at 2.45pm.

Watch for the Chileshe brothers, Lwamba and Temwa who are ranked 143rd and 202 in the world respectively along with 2018 Commonwealth Games team member Zac Millar (Waikato).
There are also over 100 players taking part in graded tournaments at the same time at the club which will create an amazing atmosphere.
